10 Days prior to chosen Studio Week
Complete Payment Due, if making monthly payments.

DEPOSIT POLICY: You must make payment arrangements and confirm your attendance 120 days before your preferred Studio Week. If payment has not been arranged and the Studio Week Date has not been confirmed by this deadline, your deposit will be automatically rolled to the next Studio Week Date. If you do not attend a Studio Week within 12 months of paying the deposit, you forfeit the Deposit and must pay another deposit to join a future Studio Week Event.
Upon confirmation of Studio Week, the amount of the deposit paid will be deducted from the remaining amount due. Complete payment is due no later than 10 days before confirmed Studio Week Date.
