DEPOSIT POLICY: You must make payment arrangements and confirm your attendance 90 days before the selected Production Date. If payment has not been arranged and the Production Date has not been confirmed by this deadline, your deposit will be automatically rolled to the next Production Date, up to two times. If after the second Rollover, you are not able to attend the third Production Date, you forfeit the Deposit and must pay another deposit to join a future Production Event.
Upon confirmation of Production Date, the amount of the deposit paid will be deducted from the remaining amount due. Complete payment is due no later than 10 days before Production Date.
