Your company executives can join in person and be part of a small audience to support the speakers. Various options are available to select from a panel of experts or leaders, a CEO interview, a solo focused message from individual team leaders, and breakout training sessions.
Your virtual conference event can be customized a variety of ways to meet your messaging goals and objectives.
All aspects can be customized to match your brand, event name, core brand message, and color palette. The studio will interface with any virtual conference platform from Webex by Cisco, OpenWater, Cvent, and vFairs. Professional broadcast quality grade live streaming, simulive, and video hosting for the main event dates. Pre-event content development, taping, and publishing is also an option.
Many virtual conference platforms have the technology to engage attendees and host break-out sessions, however, we are unique because our expertise is making your keynote speakers and headliners shine with a sparkling message from a sleek TV studio – not a chair in their office on a green screen. This speaker’s content can be produced in advance or live and shared on the virtual conference software platform of your choice.

The speakers can join the event virtually from anywhere for a LIVE Q & A after their pre-recorded presentation has aired.
Live Streaming Your Event
Production

Arrive
Immediately before your live conference, the speakers for your event will arrive in the studios to rehearse.

Prepare
We’ll do the make-up, hair and offer an opportunity to rehearse and be media-coached prior to the taping of the event. Networking events/meals with the speakers and the management is available to coordinate during the production.

Stream
Your speakers and leadership step on our Digital Stage or into our Television Studio to give their presentations while we work with your Virtual Conference platform to provide LIVE streaming of all your conference speakers. Your team will be on-site to work with the speakers and leadership team.

Hybrid: Pre-production and Live Stream
This is in addition to the speaker’s content already created previously in the studio 90 days earlier for the event.
